EO Blend for Apple or Apple Cider??

I'm wanting to make an apple cider CP soap. Does anyone out there have an essential oil blend they would use for it? I've mixed cinnamon leaf with clove and anise and the ratios I used actually smell pretty wonderful, but just wondering what else everyone uses?

And in terms of color...what natural colorants can I use to get that nice golden brown color? I've read recipes where people use actual cider but it doesn't have a real cider color. Thoughts?

I have used a Beta Carotene gel capsule plus coffee to sub for water to achieve a color close to apple cider. Not quite, but I never got back around to experimenting more on it.
