Make sure to check your order when it comes. Mine was missing four items I ordered, and they weren't credited on the packing slip. Maybe rushing because of their sale? Anyway, I emailed them today, so I won't hear until Tuesday at the earliest.
Update Tuesday morning. I heard from them first thing They're sending a replacement order.
Considering with the clearance pricing, the total cost of what they left out originally was under $5, the fact that they are shipping it and not just giving me a credit gets them full marks for customer service.
That's good to hear! I have had similar experiences with WSP (who owns them now), when they gave me the option to ship a replacement item (in a different color or variation if that was the reason for not shipping it) or get credit and I usually choose the replacement.
