Hi there I hope you can help me. I have searched for hours on the internet and I cannot find a definitive answer.
Can you add stearic acid to Ecosoya Pillar Blend wax?
I would like to make some soy pillar candles (quite tall 20cm high x 7.5cm wide) and I want to make sure that I will get a candle that will support itself.
Do I need to add the stearic acid to the Ecosoay PB to achieve a pillar that won't collapse? If so then how much should I use?
On a side note, I have Ecosoya W230 from my container candles left over, can I add stearic acid to that and make pillars? If not making pillars with it is there any advantage to adding the stearic acid to the wax?
Many many thanks!
