Says "MADE IN CHINA" right on the label. Probably NOT made from scratch. More than likely made from a base.

I used that brand before but I bought it from walmart. I really liked it but it dissolved really quickly, make sure no water drips on it between uses

I too bought some from Walmart around Christmas time as stocking stuffers. They are really soft & stick like glue in those tins if replaced wet. My DD’s didn’t care for them. I repurposed the tins.
