Hi everyone, I recently decided to try zinc oxide in my soaps to see how it works as a whitener compared to titanium dioxide.
It seems that every soap I used zinc oxide has a less denser lather.
Can zinc oxide do that to the lather? My formula has a rich and creamy foam, but the ones with zinc seem to have a thinner lather and it also takes a bit longer to *built it up, if that makes sense.
Anyone has experience that or even has anything to add about zinc oxide and the effect in the soap lather?
