no sugar-I use dark chocolate
At least in Germany, chocolate liquor (cocoa solids + cocoa butter, but no sugar) is legally forbidden to be called “chocolate”.

Anlage 1 (zu den §§ 1, 2, 3)
3. Schokolade
a) Erzeugnis aus Kakaoerzeugnissen und Zuckerarten
“Chocolate = made from cocoa products and types of sugar”.

From time to time chocolate manufacturers are making headlines by colliding with this legal situation.

In the US, we have "Unsweetened Baking Chocolate" which is cocoa solids+cocoa butter. I've never seen anything called Chocolate Liquor, but Chocolate Liqueur is a fermented (alcoholic) cocoa-containing beverage that I've only ever seen used in recipes.
I do recommend differentiating between different levels of sugar and other ingredients regularly featured in chocolate when referring to "chocolate" in a recipe. Percentage of cocoa solids, sugar, and other additives such as emulsifiers or dairy products might be helpful.
"White Chocolate" (no cocoa solids) is also considered "Chocolate."
