Do colloidal oats discolor or accelerate?

I was wondering if colloidal oats at 1Tb PPO accelerate trace or if they discolor in CP soap. The reason I was wondering this is I tried a new Grapefruit Honeysuckle FO but also tried adding colloidal oats for the first time. My soap really accelerated. I mostly assume it was the FO but wanted to see what you all have to say about colloidal oats. Thanks!

Most florals accelerate, and honeysuckle is particularly known for it. I believe there was mention of several different honeysuckle scents that did on a thread fairly recently and I have another that also does.

I use oats and they will be visible as splotches but don't accelerate for me.

Agree that it's very likely the FO. I've used a variety of starch (corn, oat, rice, sweet rice) and I don't think any of them changed the tracing time in any way possible, while floral FOs are infamous for accelerating.
