Did my very first batch CP soap a few days ago. 75% olive oil, 20% coconut oil and 5% shea butter. Since it was 5% superfat, I didn't add the shea butter til after trace and go figure, the finished product is somewhat hard but oil/clammy to touch.

Is this salvageable and if so, how?

It will be fine, let it stay in the mold for a couple of days and let it cure. A high OO soap can take longer to unmold and cut. Really does not matter when you add the superfat oil in cp soap, the lye will take what it wants. You can control what oil becomes superfat in hp soap by adding it after the cook
