Amazing! Treat yourself to a relaxing soak... it's so calming, my knees got wobbly getting out of the tub!

Calming Detoxing Bath Salts Yield: About 2 1/2 cups 4/12/19
https://www.recipestonourish.com/diy-calming-detoxing-bath-salts/

1 1/2 cups dead sea salts
1/2 cup cup epsom salt
1/2 cup real salt
1/8 cup bentonite clay
7 drops lavender essential oil
7 drops frankincense essential oil

In a glass mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with a non-metal spoon {metal can destroy the healing properties of the clay}. Store in an air-tight glass jar.

Instructions:

Add 1 cup of bath salts mixture to a hot bath. Don't add bubbles or soap to the water.
Relax and soak for 15-20 minutes so your body can sweat, detox and absorb all of the nutrients.
When you're ready to get out of the tub, rinse off with water {not soap} if you chose.

It is! I'm about ready to go up and do it again... once a week is the recommended frequency. I wrap my hair in a hot oil treatment, put on an Aztec Clay face mask, slip into the tub and dream a little dream of being somewhere peaceful... Ahhhhh ;)
