Hi all~
I just bought a little jar of dead sea mud and I'd like to make a little mask for myself. I thought of just mixing it with some seaweed powder and slathering it on, or maybe some clay?

Do I need to dilute the mud with anything? Or can I just mix it up with the seaweed powder and go at it?

x

you can apply it like it is to damp skin-i like to mix it with plain unsweetened yogurt (maybe honey) or believe it or not-TOMATO PASTE! the ascorbic acid in the tomato dissolves the dead skin cells-just dont leave it on more than 5 minutes if you have sensitive skin. :D

Tomato paste.. that's interesting... it would probably smell nicer.. lol

Yep

You could also add a little oil, whatever is on hand. Seaweed would work but not the best smell. Dead Sea Mud works wonders! :)

Hmm... maybe I shoyuld try that on bf's back-ne lol
TMI? LOL

LOL if you can get him to put a mud mask on more power to ya.

He'd do it on his back.. not so sure about his face though.
Trust me, if I said it would help his acne, and used it myself, he would probably try it.

Still haven't gotten around to this yet.. maybe this weekend!!
