Crockpot lard soap ?

Has anyone made up to 50% lard in a crockpot? Wanted to know if the crockpot made the lard smell "piggy".
Any help would b e appreciated.

I do not find it affects the smell making hp soap with lard

I make 55% lard HP recipe for my misbehaving FOs, and I've only noticed it once...when I accidentally hit the high heat button. However, I made the soap anyway, and I couldn't smell it during the cure.

My recipe is 45% lard and it's close! I do notice a slight bacony smell from the melting oils, but it's not present the next day when I slice the soap.
