Crafters choice premium ultra white

I have been getting the Crafters Choice premium ultra white for years and suddenly it is no longer ultra white. It is even less white than the Basic White. I have talked with WSP who has kindly offered to refund me for 20 cases (!) but insists that nothing has changed. Has anyone else had this problem or noticed a difference? I assume the high cost of titanium dioxide has made them cut back on the whitening.
