Counting the poppy seeds!

I'm looking to add some poppy seeds to an upcoming batch and since I've never used them before I don't know how much to add. I attached a picture to show the density of seeds I'd like to end up with and I'm hoping someone here can let me know what the amount might be I need to add to get to that density. I know the bar in the image is only half poppy but I'm looking for an all poppy bar.

I'm going to guess 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds ppo. :mrgreen:

I've made soap twice with ground poppy seeds. I checked, but unfortunately didn't write the amount I used down either time. I'm going to guess at 2 tsp PPO. Maybe up to 1 tbsp. I really need to be better at keeping track. Start lower - you can always add more.
