A few weeks ago I ordered soap base from a company on eBay. When the order got here it was the wrong thing, not even close. I had ordered 10 lb of soap base and got 8 oz of organic red raspberry seed oil.
I contacted them and they responded the same day. They shipped out a new package 2 day priority mail with the correct order and were very apologetic. I offered to send the wrong order back to them, but they were only concerned about getting me the correct product.
I had a tracking number the same day and the product arrived 2 Days Later as promised.
I really recommend them. The product is great and the customer service is better! Being new to Soap making I'm tickled to have found them!
