Coloring for baby soap

One of my friends wants me to make some baby soap for a lady she knows that's having a baby very soon. She wants me to color it pink. The only coloring I have are dyes, no mica. I already told her that I won't make it scented. Should I go ahead and use a little dye? I also told her to make sure the mother doesn't use the soap until the baby is a little older.

Pink Ultramarine makes a really pretty pink soap. So does pink kaolin clay.

Mica can be colored with anything, including ultramarines, dyes or oxides.
Each different color mica is a blend of mica and a few other colorants.

I don't see why you couldn't use clay to color it, since it's natural?

The only thing I have on hand is dye and she wants it by this Friday so I guess that's my only option. I just won't use much of it I guess.
