So, double batch #2 is having the same problems as the first. My suspicion (err, hope) is that with double the soap, maybe my CPOP process isn't working, and I'm not gelling. I have a very slight partial gel mark, but I might be imagining it.
BUT, before I try this again, will you guys check my math? Maybe I am overlooking something...

Castor : 7%- 131 g
Coconut: 18%- 337g
Palm: 35% - 655g
Rice Bran: 13% - 243g
HO Sunflower: 27%- 506g

3% SF
Water:Lye- 2:1 (33.3%)

Masterbatch Lye Solution- 50:50 Lye:H2O
527g Masterbatch solution
264g additional water

I would be rounding 527.67 to 528, but otherwise I get the same with SoapMaking Friend.
