@dmcgee5034 asked for this and I did not know this sub-forum was here! I've been foruming for several years now!
Here's Mrs. Zing's recipe and she subbed in cranberry juice for raspberry.
Mrs. Zing, so unlike me, cooks in general without recipes or even a timer. Everything she throws together is delicious. However, when she cans vegetables, fruits, jams, etc. she religiously follows recipes in the Ball Jar cookbook.

I am looking forward to Thanksgiving and planning my menu. One daughter is vegan, and il like to make clear cranberry jelly (like the can!) but without gelatin. I have apple pectin, but don't know how to properly use it. Any help would be hugely appreciated

I have that recipe in my canning book, now that you say it is delicious I will have to try it. That is if I even get this horrid move completed and life back together. Lol, my American Canner is sitting on the floor of my new pantry just grinding at me.😁. Of course I still have to get Cheryl well.

@xuledywo I can using pectin. Pomona’s brand. You’ll have two packets in the box. Read the instructions carefully. I mix each packet separately with a little filtered water, then add to the mixture and gently stir. My daughter is vegan too. 😊
