cant work--cant make soap

what am I supposed to do?? I think I am in a arty flare but the one foot hurts real bad. the dr took xrays today and told me to stay off of my feel till the xray gets read--hopefully by tomorrow. so no work and no play and I am bored silly. I think I am just going to go to bed

...... that doesn't mean you can't still do some online soap learning , like learn something new in the way of soap making in all of its many forms , or even go through your creative mind of things you haven't tried yet or things you can create ..... all else fails soap porn doesn't hurt , so many beautiful pictures of soap on the internet to keep you busy for a day or two

Read a good book, I love to read have a lot of books, but normally as Lion Of Judah says, I take advantage of the time to investigate and learn new things on the Internet...laptop and notebook with a pencil so I can make notes about the things I want to try, lot to learn about soap, good videos and good observations.......or watch a good movie or Netflix, Amazon series.
I've had my leg cast twice, one for a sprain and the other for achilles tendon about to burst so I know how you feel.
Do not despair, rest and take good care of yourself. Hope everything is ok with your foot.

thanks for the encouragement--I took a nap and while I still hurt I feel better emotionally. I just don't do well with not being able to move around. I have done a little research on different soapy things

To add to what @Lion Of Judah suggested. Iv been making candles tonight and although not soaping iv been testing new wicks because iv had complaints of my votives not smelling and iv just got a box of 100 candle tins so needing testing. Anyways back to my point. Last night i spent about 2 hours just making notes on what i needed to do when im testing them maybe you could just make notes on stuff like what fo you want to try and have a play with the soap calc and make notes on possible recipes you would like to try! I know candle making needs more trial and error to a different degree but it will kill some time for you
