Can we use unrefined oils for cold process soaps, they have lesser shelf life. Can using chelators like sodium gluconate increase the shelf life ??
also does adding sodium gluconate, increase shelf life of high superfatted soap.

Yes, many people use unrefined oils to make soap.

Most well-made soap already has a long shelf life. Chelators can help reduce the chance of rancidity whether superfat is high or low.

I do appreciate your enthusiasm for soapmaking, but it would be kinder to folks here if you first used the search function to look for answers to your many questions, and to learn basic soap-making. YMost of the questions that you have asked so far have already been answered in many previous threads.

So please, spend a little time reading and researching here; there’s so much knowledge to be found. Then we can answer the questions that come up after you have invested time and effort into researching and learning the basics. :)
