Can I use this?

We have a baby goat and didn't think it was gettin enough milk so we bought a bucket of "Save a Kid" to try to bottle feed but she wouldn't take it. My question is can I use the "Save a Kid" as if it were dried goat's milk? It's such a large bucket I just thought maybe I could use it.
