Hi everyone. Just wondering is it safe to refrigerate palm oil and palm kernel oils to add longer shelf life?

Yes! We keep many of our oils refrigerated. Keep in mind that some will solidify and/or seperate a bit though - this won't harm them, but you'll want to warm them up and give them a shake before using them.

It really does depend on the environment of both the fridge/freezer and your soaping or thawing area. My Full Freezer will solidify just about anything, whereas my refrigerator's freezer can't compete with the standing freezer. So thawing anything from it takes quite a lot longer. Thawing in winter here takes longer than thawing in summer, obviously related to the environmental temperatures.
