What oils besides castor and coconut do you all feel give you the most bubbles?? Also for liquid soap, when diluting the paste is 3:1 water[emoji14]aste the correct ratio??

The dilution rate is not necessarily 3:1. The H2O:KOH ratio is 3:1. I use as little dilution water as possible.

Coconut and castor are the "bubble oils" I rely on.

Thanks. I have hard water here so it's probably that. I just found the liquid soap making forum here. There is so much information. Someone recommended a book making natural liquid soaps so I ordered that too.

That's awesome thanks. I am having trouble with soap scum. I quit superfatting because of it.

Also do bear in mind that castor is not a bubble maker, but rather a bubble enhancer - you need to have something there for the castor to work with first.

Do you add any sugar to your paste water (as in, not your dilution water)? That can also help to give more bubbles
