Bubble Wrap Lifting

Hello,

I am placing bubble wrap at the bottom of a mold, then liquefying melt and pour soap and pouring the contents over the bubble wrap. The first time I did it, it turned out fine. But the last few times I did it, the bubble wrap has been floating to the top. As far as I know, I am doing everything the same as the first time. Can anybody offer any insight on how I can address this. I have tried it 3 times with the same result when this did not happen the first time I tried it.

put a little MP on the bottom. just a tablespoon and then put the bubble wrap on top of it and let that harden. Should act like a glue
