Bubble swirl in pour

Hi all! I am having difficulties getting a consistent pour with my low sweat M/P. The final pour occasionally results in an odd air bubble swirl on the tops (attached picture) Recipe includes 100% Natural Cocoa, Fragrance. I am popping in microwave for 8 second blasts and minimal stir to avoid air bubbles.

Unsure if its a result of air bubbles of oil from fragrance. To counter I have allowed the top layer to cool before pour and scraping the white residue off. Some pours have been clean with minimal white (bubble?) and have resulted in a decent pour. Any ideas what is causing this?

Yes, alot! Disperses somewhat but than collects foam/bubbles again (somewhat less).
