Broken candle in the jar :(

Hi there! I didn't make this candle. Kinda googled and joined this forum out of desperation. The base of my candle has broken off inside the jar and I haven't even begun to use it! Does anyone know why and how I can fix it?

Why - it cooled WAY too quickly and separated.
How to fix - do a slow warm and melt the entire candle then cool it slowly until hardened and cured, then use as normal.

I have one of these candle warmers that would work well for the process @jcandleattic described. It warms the jar gently so you just have to be a bit patient.
