Bought some new supplies

Well

I ordered 16 lbs of lye today from Essential Depot got a great deal

16 lbs Food Grade Sodium Hydroxide Lye Micro Beads - 8 x 2lb Bottles 1 $26.64

I also bought my scale and a mini mixer from Brambleberry looks like I will be making some more soap very soon

Their issues with Lye, their issues with EOs. It makes me reluctant to buy from them. I would rather pay a bit more and get what I am paying for.

Then again this is just my opinion and we all know about opinions =)

I personally have not had any issues with their Lye. I purchased 64 lbs and it's worked like a charm. They use to sell it 32 lbs for 33.33. I stocked up as my parents were wintering in FL so they picked it up for me

I love my mini mixer. I use it to blend my micas with a bit of water before adding them to soap so I don't get those mica lumps.
