Hey ! Have some new questions to ask.

1 : I have read that you should cut your beeswax in to small chunks of wax and set them in a tray in the sun. I have considered grating the wax with a cheese grater{ Large Holes}. Has anyone tried this and if so does it work. Or does it make a big mess ?

2: Was reading that the quality of paraffin makes a big difference in how your candles come out. Where online can I find a good or high quality paraffin. For that matter.............What Online Suppliers For Candle Supplies Would You All Recommend. Any Good Ones In The Southeast .
Thanks for your time !

I let my slab melt in the crock pot, then ladle it out into a silicone mold that has divisions. Each division holds 1 oz. That way I can melt as much or as little as I need.
I don't use paraffin, so I don't have an answer for you.
