Beeswax soap

Here is the beeswax soap I made yesterday. I ended up with a terrible partial gel so I rebatched.

cut rebatch. It has a slight tosted sugar scent, assume its from the honey getting hot. It actually is kinda nice

I should have taken pics of the cut soap before rebatching, the gelled bits were so smooth and pretty. So far testing with the crock pot scraps is pretty nice. More lather then I expected, especially since I used 15% coconut and 5% beeswax.

My skin feels slightly stick when damp but once its fully dry, it feels nice and smooth. Can't until its cured so I can properly test it. I'm hoping the wax will leave a film to help seal moisture in the skin.

Lovely honey colour in your rebatch and really smooth too. Great save!
