We have so many good cooks on site, I'm hoping someone will have a great beef pho recipe. I especially need help with the spice blend, I can never get it right.

Sorry, I just had a beef curry ramen (I ordered it online, and I know ramen is not vietamese). YUMMERS!!! If you find a good recipe, give a rating so I could try it. I rarely eat soups.

It's a Vietnamese soup with rice noodles in a light broth. You add your own veggies and additional flavorings table side - like hoisin and sriracha.

Obsidian, I have a chicken pho recipe if you're interested in that. :)

Thanks navigator, those spices are a bit different then my usual so I will give them a try. I take two days to cook my broth, I use ox tail and cook them until the cartilage is complete cooked down. Started it this morning so it will be ready tomorrow.

Dahlia, it the best noodle soup ever. Find a good Vietnamese restaurant and give it a try.

Thanks snappy but I already have a chicken pho recipe, one of these days I will actually try it.
