Bath Bomb Questions

So I’ve been experimenting with bath bombs recently and just had a few questions.
Has anyone used witch hazel before?
Also, I just made a beautiful batch but they are not hardening. Is there anything I can do to save them?
How does the humidity effect the BB? I live in southeast Texas and it’s pretty humid.

What was your recipe? That may give us some idea of the problem.

The recipe I have (about 15 years old) uses witch hazel but only to add a touch of moisture if needed. Humidity will definitely affect drying.

I use melted cocoa butter and the bath bombs dry hard as a rock.

I first tried WH but then tried 91% alcohol and that was way better!
