Balm gone bad? Troubleshooting

Hi all!

I made this body balm a few weeks ago and it looks like it's gone bad. I'm thinking it's condensation from putting the lids on too early but I'd love to hear your thoughts too! Is there a need for preservatives with this type of recipe?

Ingredients:
Unrefined shea butter
White beeswax
Herbal infused coconut oil (dry herbs)
Arrowroot powder
Essential oils

If you're talking about the bloom on top, that is probably just the shea butter.

Nope, smells great and texture is normal.
