is this the correct way to label australian soaps? Rose Goats Milk Soap

Palm Oil (Elaeis Guineensis), (Elaeis Guineensis), Olive Oil (Olea Europaea), Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera), Goats Milk, Sodium Hydroxide, Water, Rose Gerranium Essential Oil (Pelargonium Graveolens), Pastel Pink Australian Clay

The government dept you need is - you have to register and pay a fee to sell your soap.
