My sister came upstairs and looked at the foil wrapped hearts that I bought on sale and asked Dad the question in the thread title.
He tells her YES! They're soap! She unwrappes one and eats it.
I should probably add that Father is a brat and we have gotten really good at discerning when he's trying to pull our legs.
