antifungal soap

I had a EO blend from Soap Naturally that my son uses for a rash he gets every summer. It was lavender, patchouli & tea tree. I just went to find it and there's a picture but no recipe. I haven't made this in about 2 years and he's almost out, I'm sure I have it written down somewhere but we moved last year and I'm the most unorganized person I konw. Could anyone help me out?

You can try looking at the EO blender on rainbow meadow to see if they have that combination in the database. This will calculate the volume of each needed for whatever size batch you want to make.
