Almond meal additive?

Hello all! New to the group, and I did not see a topic about this. If there is already one, forgive me!
I'm interested in using almond meal in my oatmeal, milk, and honey soap, but I cant seem to find any concrete answers online as to how much to use in my CP soap. I plan on using about 40oz of oils. Anyone have any idea as to the proportions I need to use?

I use about 1 tablespoon of oats ppo on my OMH soap so you could do the same I'm sure.

Okay thank you that sounds good! I will do that. Last time I made this soap I ground the oats and totally eye balled the amount of oats I used w/o measuring it lol. I will have to measure out the ground oats and almond meal this time around so I have an idea for next time!

Newb question: could almond meal be used as an exfoliant in soaps as comparable to salt (say 30% weight of oils)?
