After five days, the batch with the weaker mix has faded a lot, while the one that contains double the alkanet is holding up nicely.

Very pretty, you got the hang of those swirls! I was reading last night that alkanet will look different in soap that has been put in a fridge overnight to avoid gel as compared to soap that gels. Something about color changes. I can't remember I shouldn't have stayed up that late.

LOL, I actually did a really crap job cutting, because this was only an experimental batch. I basically just hatcheted the thing apart. But thanks.
