I got a smokin' deal this weekend - 50 lbs of rice bran, 50 lbs of HO sunflower and 50 lbs of lard, plus food service gloves, some kitchen cleaner and a #10 can of pineapple ...for $101.
So, now I need to store this. My work uses 1 gal jugs of isopropyl alcohol. That's sterile and evaporates, so my thought is to take the empty, leave them open to let the alcohol evaporate out, and use them for my oils so I can break them down into 1 gall increments and put them in the fridge.
Anything wrong with this plan?
