Hello, I have been making my own soap using glycerin soap base. I was just wondering what the best way to package/store the soaps are?
I need them to look presentable as well as keeping the soaps intact.

I have been using plastic bags. Is that ok? Or do they need air? is it better to wrap them in paper maybe? thanks!

If it's M & P you need to wrap them really tight in Saran Wrap.
You don't want air to get to them.

They tend to sweat otherwise.

Ditto, they need to be air tight or they will shrink & shrivel. I wrap mine in saran & then I like to drop them into cello bags & tie them w/ a pretty bow.

The saran alone I do not think is enough to protect them from bumps, bruises and knicks. People, for what ever reason, like to dig their fingernails into the pretty bars to see if they are soft  .
