Adding Goat Milk to Masterbatched Lye

When adding lye to goat milk (frozen or slushy) it needs to be added slowly so as not to burn the goat milk and turning it orange. My question is, if you use cool goat milk to a masterbatched lye solution will the goat milk still react the same?

It will still heat up. I just add milks to the oils.

Yeah- it will still heat up, and will also start saponifying the fats in the milk. When I make goat milk soap with my master-batched lye, I do what mx6inpenn does- I just add the milk to my oils either just before or just after adding my lye solution (i.e. the 'split method').

And adding the milk to the oils eliminates the little white clumps of soap that can happen when you add milk and its milkfat directly to the lye.
