I've been experimenting using ABS as a mold for awhile and I haven't been able to figure out a way to eliminate air pockets. I do everything I can think of to keep air out of my soap mixture and this isn't a problem with my loaf molds. The last soap I made I banged on for an hour with a rubber mallet. Didn't seem to make any difference at all. Does anyone have any suggestions?
