A question about micas

I am about to put in a few orders, my question is how far does 1oz of mica last? Should I stick with the 1oz or pick fewer colors and go with a bigger amount?

Keeping in mind that I'm a hobby soaper, 1 oz of mica goes a long way for me. I'd stick with 1 oz and order a variety

Micas have a long shelf life and will always produce color....but i agree 1 or 2 oz goes a long way.
