I'm a long-time soap/sundries/candle-maker. I'm busy making things for the last two holiday events of the season, and discovered I had an old bottle of Sweet Cakes Applejack 'N' Peel. I'm guessing it's at least 15 years old, maybe older. It still smelled quite good to me, so I decided to see how it performed in soy candles after all this time. I'm so impressed! Still smells and performs great. A big nod to Sweet Cakes and also to this fragrance!

I have Applejack and Peel from Oregon Trails that is probably 11 years old in my cupboard... I also have some scents from A Garden Eastward and they went belly-up a while back. I wouldn't hesitate to use any of the old ones as long as they were stored correctly - in amber glass bottles and smelled okay. Applejack never sold for me so that's why it still sits in there.
