Don't you just love soapmaking especially when you have in your mind a particular colour you just want to experiment with.
Initially it was meant to be a ripe tomatoe red colour with white ...... but hey I am still pleased with them.
I used the vegetable shortening base recipe in soapmaker that comes with the programme as I have been trying to cut down on olive oil ... so expensive.
I liked the way the recipe gave me plenty of time to play with, and I added goatsmilk powder at the melting oil stage and used EO.s. Smells great.
