8oz Xanthan gum for trade

I got a bag of 8oz Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum for cooking. But kinda lost interest to experiment with it. It's unopened.
Hate to have it go to waste, it's up for trade if anyone wants to play with it (in cooking or BB)
