Big Lots often has THE lowest price on CO, plus they have 20% off everything right now for anyone signed up to receive their email alerts.
CO isn’t in stock in my area (which is fine, I have plenty) but I see that other areas have it for pick-up, not necessarily for shipping. Some area stores have small containers of palm oil, cocoa butter, and olive oil, too.
ETA: They have an 80-20 blend of sunflower oil and olive oil for $.15/oz.
