The colors seem to be blended together too much. Maybe my stir stick design for the top went too deep?

Looks OK, to me, if you think they are blended too much, you could have added to much colour to the white and stirred it too much, when that happens it can turn out murky, yours is not, I'd be very happy getting that result :).
 
I'm not too familiar with design nomenclature. I just alternated pouring long ways into the mold & zig zagged short ways across the mold. With the stirring stick, i put it in about 2 inches and zig zagged long ways, short then long again.
If any of this is making sense, lol.... hard to put into words.

I didn't add too much titanium dioxide in. Some of the smearing might be from the cutting tool ( dough scraper). I cut about 3 bars and realized I should wipe it off every time.

I am happy with it but I still think it looks too "busy".

If you think it still looks too busy, more background colour and less secondary colour, less zigzagging with the stick. It's an in the mould swirl.
