I've (mistakenly?) acquired 100+ gallons of already rendered pork fat that is liquid at room temperature and I'm in desperate need of suggestions of how to put it to use. Obviously soap making would require loads of man hours or sourcing a decent operation and arranging something. Can anyone point me in the right direction. I'm not opposed to other suggested uses (i.e. Candle making, use for fuel, etc.).

Yikes. Maybe Congres can use it?

OK seriously, how about dividing it up into smaller containers and then selling it on eBay or something to other crafters. Keep a bit for yourself so you can try soap making and candle making for fun.
