Hi everybody I was just wondering how long 100% coconut takes to cure I only made is a few hours ago and already it's rock hard.

Right here, silly!
I cure mine for a minimum of 4 weeks. Others find they can't use them that early and wait it out for a much longer cure to mellow them out...like 6 months or so.

'Cure' is significantly much more than just hardening a soap.

It won't be cured for 4 at least. However, you need to cut the soap within a few hours. Mine is usually still warm. Otherwise it's hard as a brick.

I have some (overused?) indiviual soap molds that are perfect for this soap. It saves me the trouble of cutting them.
