100% coconut oil soap sinking in

I've made some 100% coconut oil soap with a 25% super fat in individual moulds. The soap seems to have dipped in where it was poured into the moulds. Why would that happen? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm quite new to soaping

I agree with the other posters, it sounds like the water content was too high. You can always rebatch by grating the soap up and adding it and a little liquid to a slow cooker. The CrockPot Soap Save - Hot Process Saves the Day
