poppy seeds

My sister has requested of me a salt bar that has some more exfoliating properties. I've had poppy seeds before in soap and liked it pretty well, but when I heard about cornmeal I sort of liked that idea. Would you pick one over the other? Is cornmeal a lighter abrasion than poppy seeds...

Hello, I’ve been making my soaps and have found that the mica I use in one recipe and the poppy seeds in another, have sunk to the bottom of soap (some is suspended but there is definitely more of a collection at the bottom). How do I keep it from falling so much? Any tips???
